Budget Estimate (AI):

$200,000 – $500,000

The budget for this project is likely to be in the range of $200,000 to $500,000, considering the scope of work involves a Phase 100 study, which typically includes assessing the building, infrastructure, and structural needs, and providing cost estimates for necessary alterations, repairs, and new purchases. The project's complexity, the need for professional architectural and engineering services, and the requirement for a detailed study and report also support this estimate.
