Description:
The City of Fresno is seeking bids for site security improvements at the T-4 storage and operations site. The scope of work includes the removal of approximately 418 linear feet of existing chain link fencing, installation of approximately 629 linear feet of new 10'6" high steel picket fencing, and addition of a 2'6" steel picket topper to approximately 223 linear feet of existing CMU wall. The project also includes earthwork, mow strip installation, and cleanup and disposal of construction materials. • The project requires a valid Class B contractor's license issued by the State of California. • The bid deposit is 10% of the total net bid amount. • The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. • The City of Fresno has a local preference policy, which provides a 5% preference to local businesses. • The project is subject to the Federal Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, including those related to storm water management and dust control.
