Iredell County is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the interior renovation of the Iredell County Government Center. The project includes interior finishes upgrades, mechanical upgrades, lighting upgrades, plumbing upgrades, and addition of a atrium clear story replacement and storefront rear entrance replacement. The CMAR will be responsible for pre-construction services, including project review, consultation, value analysis, scheduling, logistics planning, and quality assurance. The CMAR will also be responsible for construction management, including bidding, subcontracting, and project closeout. • The project is located at 200 South Center Street, Statesville, North Carolina 28677. • The project includes a pre-construction phase and a construction phase. • The CMAR will work with Iredell County, the Project Designer, and other consultants to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. • The CMAR will be responsible for ensuring compliance with North Carolina General Statute and Minority Participation laws. • The project includes a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on October 1, 2025, at 10:00am. • Questions regarding the Request for Qualifications must be submitted through the Procurement Portal by October 8, 2025, at 3:00pm. • The Statement of Qualification deadline is October 15, 2025, at 4:00pm.
