The Sheridan School District is seeking a qualified firm to provide Construction Project Management Services for the management of bond and grant-funded construction projects. The selected firm will work closely with the District's leadership, design team, and construction contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The scope of the bond includes facility repairs and upgrades, safety and security enhancements, and updated learning and community spaces. Proposers must provide information on their experience, qualifications, and approach to delivering the required services. • The project includes facility repairs and upgrades, such as paving and expanding parking lots, roof replacements, and upgrades to lighting and interior finishes. • Safety and security enhancements, including upgrading surveillance systems and creating a secure entry point at Sheridan High School. • Updated learning and community spaces, including the renovation of the outdated science lab at Sheridan High School and updates to multi-use spaces. • The selected firm will be responsible for providing project management services, including coordination, oversight, and leadership throughout the duration of the bond program. • Proposers must provide a detailed fee schedule, including hourly rates or unit cost rates, and describe their plan to maximize the economic impact to the local community.
