The City of Clermont is seeking a successful respondent to furnish and deliver conferencing and audiovisual equipment for use in City facilities. The equipment shall support professional-grade video conferencing, audio mixing, and production capabilities compatible with Microsoft Teams Rooms environments. The scope of work includes the supply and delivery of enterprise-grade video conferencing systems, audio mixing equipment, and video production hardware. • The equipment must be new, unused, and delivered F.O.B. Destination to City facilities. • The successful respondent shall provide all warranty documentation at delivery and shall, at no additional cost, assist the City with warranty claims as reasonably requested. • The City reserves the right to inspect all equipment to verify compliance. • The successful respondent shall be responsible for the transportation and offloading of all equipment.
