The U.S. Army Sustainment Command (ASC) is seeking a contractor to provide Journey to Leadership (JTL) training services. The JTL program is a dynamic, multi-tiered leadership development program designed to train current and future leaders in a broad range of leadership concepts, utilize/administer various leadership tools and techniques, and enhance their leadership competencies and interpersonal skills. The contractor will be responsible for providing training sessions, including JTL Tier I, JTL Tier II, and JTL Tier III, as well as providing JTL Program Completion Plaques. The contract will be a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Firm Fixed Price. • The contractor must provide a written technical experience submittal, which will be evaluated as acceptable or unacceptable. • The contractor must provide an oral presentation, which will include a leadership development approach and a staffing plan. • The contractor must provide a price quote, which will be evaluated for reasonableness. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, taxation, and environmental protection.
