The US Navy is soliciting quotes for the repair of NRP, SERVER, AUTOMATI items. The resultant award of this solicitation will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance prior to execution. The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price for the repair of the item(s) and adhere to the requirements outlined in the solicitation, including IUID requirements and a repair turnaround time (RTAT) of 110 days after receipt of the asset. The contractor must also provide a cost breakdown, including profit rate, and a quote expiration date. • The contractor must be an authorized repair source. • The contractor must provide a throughput constraint for each NSN. • The contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Government for all assets within the RTATs established in the contract. • The Government reserves the right to perform any inspections set forth in the specification. • The contractor must keep records of all inspection work and make them available to the Government during the performance of the contract and for a period of 365 calendar days after final delivery of supplies.
