The Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) is seeking proposals for the provision of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Evaluation and Treatment Services to youth who reside in the awarded judicial circuit(s) and are referred by the Department. The services will include mental health, substance abuse, and integrated mental health and substance abuse diagnostic evaluations, as well as individual, group, and family counseling/therapy services. The contractor will be required to develop individualized treatment plans, provide monthly progress reports, and conduct clinical case management. The contract will be for a period of 6 months, with the option for 90-day extensions. • The services will be provided to youth between the ages of 12 and 19 who are under the supervision of the Department. • The contractor will be required to have experience in providing similar services to juvenile delinquent populations. • The contractor will be required to have a licensed professional to conduct or supervise the evaluations. • The contractor will be required to provide a diagnosis from the DSM-5-TR (or most recent version of the DSM) with specifiers and additional DSM codes. • The contractor will be required to provide individualized treatment plans, including the diagnosis(ses), specific symptoms, treatment goals, and selected treatment modality. • The contractor will be required to provide monthly progress reports, including the youth's attendance and participation, treatment plan modifications, and discharge plans.
