Description:
The Air Force Medical Command (AFMEDCOM) is seeking information on multi-chamber intravenous (IV) fluid containers to support the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) in providing medical care in various environments, including military theaters. The container should be able to store medications in lyophilized/powder form along with a corresponding diluent and be readily available to treat injured warfighters. The RFI is looking for companies that can provide a product that meets the requirements outlined in the attached forms. The requirements include two Key Performance Parameters (KPPs) and 15 Key System Attributes (KSAs). • The product should be able to store medications in lyophilized/powder form along with a corresponding diluent. • The product should be readily available to treat injured warfighters in various warzones. • The product should meet the requirements outlined in the attached forms. • The company should be able to provide a product that meets all the requirements, but if not, trade-off considerations should be provided. • The company should be able to field and sustain the product.
