The City of Loveland is seeking a consultant to provide on-call air service development services for the Northern Colorado Regional Airport. The consultant will provide guidance and counsel related to passenger air service development and retention, including the development of charter, commercial, or cargo air service at the airport. The consultant will also attend meetings to provide technical expertise and aid in the development of new or existing airline relationships. Key responsibilities include: • Identifying local passenger air service needs, threats, and opportunities • Delivering tailored air service proposals to current and prospective air carriers • Preparing and delivering presentations on various air service development topics to key community stakeholders • Answering questions and providing assistance as needed The ideal consultant will have at least ten years of experience providing air service development services at commercial airports, with a proven track record of success in attracting commercial air service.
