The Colbert Co DHR is seeking a vendor to provide lawn service for their location in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. The service includes grass cutting, weed eating, trimming, and edging, as well as shrub/hedge trimmings. The vendor will be required to perform the services on weekdays or weekends, and the price quotes will be valid through October 31, 2025. The contract period is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026. Key tasks include: • Grass cutting: up to 20 cuts per fiscal year, with 15 cuts in the growing season • Weed eating and trimming around shrubs and fences • Edging grass lines along sidewalks, walkways, and curbs • Removing grass and weeds from sidewalks, walkways, and parking lots • Blowing grass clippings and leaves from all areas • Fine mulching leaves and distributing on the lawn • Removing trash and debris from the property The vendor will be paid net 30 days after completion of the service, and no invoice will be submitted or dated prior to service completion.
