The work includes Construction of interior rooms and interior and exterior MEP systems All bids are to be submitted on the Bid Forms contained in the Contract Documents.A copy of the Contract Documents will be available to the public for inspection beginning 9:00 a.m., prevailingtime, on February 10th, 2026 at: Campbell Town Hall, 8529 Main St, Campbell, NY 14821, Telephone 607-527-8244 between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday (prevailing local time) except holidays. Sets of such documents may be obtained from the Town of Campbell at the above noted times, for a nonrefundablefee of $75.00. Electronic copies of the drawings will also be available free of charge and can be sendvia email. Contractors shall provide an email address and phone number for receipt of addenda.Proposals shall be sealed in an opaque envelope and addressed to: Norman Maynard, Town SupervisorTown of Campbell8523 Clinton StCampbell, NY 14821 The proposal envelope must be sealed and clearly marked as the bid for Town of Campbell Public WorksBuilding with the name and address of the bidder. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Town of Campbell, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed bythe Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total of the Bid, shall besubmitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. Thesuccessful Bidder will be required to provide a 100 % Performance and Payment Bond. The project substantialcompletion date is June 29th, 2026. This project requires multiple prime contracts and New York State Prevailing Wage RatesBids may be held by the Town of Campbell for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose ofreviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The Town ofCampbell reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts.
