The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is seeking a contractor to provide coal slag grit removal and disposal services. The contractor will be required to remove approximately 300 tons of coal slag grit from the U.S. Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore, MD. The removal must be done via vacuum truck and the contractor must provide weight tickets during the job to ensure that the requested amount is not exceeded. The contractor must also comply with the Yard Statement of Work for Nonhazardous Coal Slag Removal & Disposal. * The contractor will be awarded a firm fixed price purchase order * No down payments or advanced payments will be made to the awarded vendor * Payment will be made by Government Purchase order (Net 30) * The contractor shall assume financial responsibility until the order is accepted and received by the US Coast Guard * The option to extend services may be exercised for up to 6 months
