The Missouri Department of Transportation is seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the exterior structural repair of a 5,000 square foot single-level office building. Additionally, interior architectural elements such as drywall ceiling tiles, windows, doors, flooring, etc. are to be repaired and or replaced within this project package. The exterior work must consist of installing steel underpinning piles around the perimeter of the building. The awarded contractor must provide drill logs and samples of deleterious material to confirm the soil/aggregate type at each numbered pile location. The contractor must also polyjack the entire floor slab and coordinate with leveling of the building. • Key services include: exterior structural repair, interior architectural element repair/replacement, steel underpinning pile installation, drill log and sample provision, polyjacking, and building leveling. • The project requires compliance with various regulations, including Missouri law, and the provision of insurance coverage, including general liability, business automobile liability, and workers' compensation. • The contractor must maintain all working papers and records relating to the agreement and make them available to MHTC at no charge. • The contract period is from the date of the fully executed agreement through May 15, 2026.
