The U.S. Embassy Guatemala is seeking to procure Oxygen Forensic Detective software, support, maintenance, and training to meet the specifications set forth in the Statement of Work for a period of one year. The software should be capable of extracting, decoding, and analyzing data from mobile devices, cloud services, and computers. The contractor must provide six licenses, including core capabilities such as data extraction, analysis features, and supported data types. The contractor must also provide training for each licensed user. • The software should be similar or equal to Oxygen Forensic Detective License. • The contractor must guarantee that licenses and software will be updated on all six devices for a period of one year. • The contractor must deliver all licenses, software, and training within five days of award. • The contractor must comply with all shipping and delivery instructions outlined in the contract.
