The City of Santa Rosa is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management and Inspection (CM&I) services for the Reclamation Pump Station E Building Replacement Project. The project involves removing and replacing the aging Reclamation Pump Station E Building with a new building while preserving and protecting the existing pump station/equipment within the existing building. The scope of services includes construction management and inspection. The consultant will be required to submit a proposal and cost proposal with a fee schedule, and the contract will be on a time-and-materials basis with a "not to exceed" figure. • The project has an estimated value of $745,000 and is expected to be completed in approximately 140 working days. • The consultant will be required to review the attached "Consultant Services Terms for Capital Improvement Projects" document for a complete scope of work. • The consultant will be required to submit a proposal that includes an executive summary, project team, project team qualifications/resumes, work plan, reference projects, and scope of services. • The consultant will be required to have a construction manager and inspector with sufficient time to represent the City on this project as an extension of City Staff.
