The State Highway Administration is seeking consultant assistance to perform engineering services related to the development of projects for State, County, and Local Jurisdiction bridges, small structures, and incidental structures. The number of specific project assignments to be performed will depend upon State’s and Local Government’s needs during the life of the Agreement. The consultant will provide services including structural design, analysis, and review, hydrology and hydraulics studies, and asset management. The contract will be funded with State and Federal Funds, and the total funding authority for all twelve contracts shall not exceed $180 million. Some key responsibilities of the consultant include: • Performing all aspects of structural design, analysis, and review • Developing and reviewing structural plans and contract documents • Conducting field investigations to gather information necessary to complete designs • Providing on-call inspection and engineering services for emergency events • Developing life cycle analysis and predictive modeling to support asset management policy development • Assisting in asset management data collection, analysis, and reporting
