The Seminole County Office of Communications is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide public relations, advertising, marketing, and multimedia services on a task authorization basis. The selected firm will be required to provide strategic communications planning, key messaging development, social media management, community outreach, media relations, graphic design, and reporting and performance tracking. The firm will be expected to work closely with the County's communications team to develop and implement communications strategies that align with the County's goals and objectives. Some key services that the firm will be expected to provide include: • Developing comprehensive communications strategies for County initiatives and services • Providing strategic counsel and messaging plans for high-profile and sensitive issues • Creating messaging frameworks, talking points, and response materials to support consistent and effective County communication • Supporting County social media channels with original content, platform scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement • Enhancing multimedia communications through photography, short-form video, reels, animations, and graphics that reflect County branding and tone • Assisting with planning and executing County-hosted events, open houses, and community engagement efforts • Drafting and distributing press releases, media advisories, feature stories, and guest columns • Coordinating proactive outreach with media partners and serving as a liaison for coverage of County priorities • Providing media strategy and support for County spokespersons, including interview preparation and message alignment • Designing digital and print collateral such as flyers, posters, infographics, newsletters, advertisements, signage, and reports in accordance with County branding standards • Collaborating on visual storytelling that supports public education and campaign objectives • Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the performance of communications strategies, digital campaigns, and outreach efforts • Delivering analytics and recommendations to inform future messaging and improve audience engagement.
