The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Ovid Technologies, Inc. for the procurement of the LWW Health Library Clerkship / Clinical Rotations Collection. This collection provides access to authoritative medical textbooks, study guides, and multimedia resources used to support clinical education and training. The USU is seeking this collection to further the accomplishment of its mission and responsibilities. * The LWW Health Library is a proprietary, subscription-based platform owned by Wolters Kluwer Health DBA Ovid Technologies, Inc. * Institutional access to this specific collection is only available directly from Ovid Technologies, Inc. * Alternative products may offer partial e-book access, but they do not provide the same integrated collection of required titles or meet the Government’s security compliance requirements. * Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and that the interested potential Offeror can meet the needs of the Government as stated above.
