Description:
The Orangeburg County Council on Aging Facility Project is seeking proposals for the construction of a new facility. The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 22, 2025. Bidders must submit their proposals by August 5, 2025, and the award will be made to the bidder whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the County.
