The Orangeburg County Council on Aging Facility Project is seeking proposals for the construction of a new facility. The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 22, 2025. Bidders must submit their proposals by August 5, 2025, and the award will be made to the bidder whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the County. The evaluation criteria include compliance with the scope of work, total cost, bidder record of performances and integrity, ability to deliver in a timely manner, product performance, special features, warranty considerations, and maintenance availability. • The project involves the construction of a new facility for the Orangeburg County Council on Aging. • The facility will be located at 920 Willington Drive, Orangeburg, SC 29118. • Bidders must provide documentation of their general viability, including adequate capital, acceptable credit rating, efficient office force, and efficient field force. • Bidders must also provide a description of any litigation within the last 10 years to which they have been a party. • The County reserves the right to suspend and/or debar bidders who do not comply with the requirements of the procurement code.
