The Defense Health Agency is seeking a contractor to provide laundry and linen services to the 14th Medical Group at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi. The contract will have a base period of 12 months, with four option periods of 12 months each. The contractor will be responsible for providing personnel, labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide laundry services, including pick-up and delivery, tracking of linen pieces, and laundering approach. The contractor must also comply with the DHA Infection Control Checklist. • The contract will have a firm fixed price arrangement. • The contractor must provide a technical capability statement, past performance references, and pricing information. • The government reserves the right to evaluate an offeror's past performance using both the information submitted and information obtained from other government sources. • The contract will include FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, with the potential to extend the contract an additional six months beyond the awarded contract performance period.
