The project consists of replacing the two chillers at the Lineberry Building with one larger chiller, updating the HVAC controls and security access controls at multiple buildings on the campus of the Governor Morehead School for the Blind. The project will also include minor electrical modifications, minor roof repairs, and other related work. The design-build project is expected to be delivered by August 2026. The total project budget is $2,300,000.00.
