Description:
The State University of New York (SUNY) is seeking a contractor for the Dining Swing Space Renovations at the Student Union Building and Terrace Restaurant. The project involves performing, installing, furnishing, and supplying all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary for the construction of Project Number 18:43, titled Dining Swing Space Modification for Peregrine Dining Hall Renovation. The main features of the work include minor abatement work, modification to existing ceilings and flooring, new soffits and ceilings, painting and patching, minor trenching and backfilling, modification to existing sanitary systems, domestic water systems, and electrical systems. The contractor shall be fully responsible for reviewing all existing conditions, dimensions, material quantities, and new work indicated or shown, and shall provide all tools, equipment, demolition, labor, supervision, project coordination, legal removals, and legal recycling, disposal, and reporting of all construction waste.
