The State University of New York (SUNY) is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for the provision of a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) software, authorization processes, and facility-paid transportation services. The vendor must be able to meet all of the bidder qualifications listed in Section 3 of the RFP document and review, understand, and accept all the terms and conditions in the RFP. The contract term is five years, and the location is 750 E. Adams Street, Syracuse, NY 13210. • The vendor must provide NEMT software and authorization processes. • The vendor must provide facility-paid transportation services. • The contract term is five years. • The location is 750 E.
