Description:
The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin and Delta Community Developers Corp. are seeking proposals from qualified and licensed General Contractors to construct a new 55-unit, three-story apartment complex called Tracy Apartments Phase 1 community located at 301 West Street, Tracy, CA 95376. The project includes demolition of existing buildings, site preparation, construction of the building structure and interior, coordination and connection of utilities, installation of fire, life safety, and alarm systems, and compliance with all applicable codes and labor standards.
