The City of Malibu is seeking bids for the Legacy Park Arbors Renovations Project. The project involves repainting the arbors in Legacy Park, including cleaning, blast cleaning, and repainting the existing large and small arbors. The work must be performed by a Class “A”, “B”, or “C-33” State of California licensed contractor. The bid shall be submitted and the work shall be performed in strict conformance with the project specifications. • The project requires the contractor to abide by the provisions of the Bid Terms and Conditions listed in the project’s specifications. • The City reserves the right to retain all bids for a period of 90 days after the bid opening date for examination and comparison. • The City reserves the right to delete any portion of the work from the Contract. • The bid shall be balanced so that each bid item is priced to carry its share of the cost of the work and also its share of the contractor’s overhead and profit.
