The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the maintenance and inspection of the irrigation system. The contractor must possess a valid State of Hawaii Specialty C-27, Landscaping, or C-37b, Irrigation and Lawn Sprinkler System, license at the time of bidding. Key responsibilities include performing routine/preventive maintenance, responding to irrigation trouble calls, and providing technical support services.
