The City of Columbia is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Davis-Bacon and Section 3 compliance services for its federally funded projects. The consultant will be responsible for monitoring labor standards, verifying payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. The scope of services includes document collection and organization, compliance review, certified statement verification, error identification and resolution, reporting and documentation, and training and guidance. The consultant must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to demonstrate its qualifications and technical competence. • The consultant must be registered with the South Carolina Secretary of State Office and have a valid City of Columbia Business License. • The consultant must have experience in providing Davis-Bacon and Section 3 compliance services. • The consultant must be able to demonstrate its qualifications and technical competence. • The consultant must be able to provide a detailed description of its proposed approach to the project. • The consultant must be able to provide references for similar work within the past five years.
