Description:
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide hotel accommodation for up to 95 people in 50 suite-style rooms with parking for 3 days/2 nights, and conference space for a Couples Retreat at Travis AFB, CA. The contractor shall provide the requirement under a Firm Fixed Priced contract in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The period of performance/accommodations is scheduled for September 5-7, 2025. The offeror shall submit a Technical Capability Statement that strongly supports the contractor’s ability to satisfy the contract requirements. • The contractor shall provide hotel accommodations and conference space for the specified period. • The contractor shall ensure that the accommodations meet the requirements specified in the SOW. • The contractor shall provide a Technical Capability Statement that demonstrates their ability to fulfill the contract requirements. • The Government will evaluate the quotes based on price and technical capability. • The contract will be awarded to the offeror that represents the best value to the Government.
