The Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) is seeking a bid for a Natural Gas Heater to be used at a natural gas regulator station. The bid price should include shipping costs as the terms of the bid are FOB Destination. The services, goods, and/or equipment will be provided in strict accordance with the KUB bid specifications. The bid will be evaluated based on price, lead time, adherence to spec, and references. * The bid is for a TECVALCO CWT-140 or equivalent. * The bid package should include all requested information. * The bidder must acknowledge any Addendums (if applicable) and include with bid package. * New bidders will be required to provide a completed W-9 and Vendor Application prior to issuance of Purchase Order. * The price quoted or contract price to KUB should include and account for all Federal, State, and local fees, duties, tariffs, and taxes that are applicable at the time of contracting or that may become applicable at any time thereafter.
