The City of Yonkers is seeking a qualified consultant to update and digitize the Official Zoning Map of the City. The selected respondent will be responsible for assessing and collecting data, creating an updated digital zoning map, and assisting the City in the adoption of the updated zoning map. The scope of work includes working with relevant City departments, reviewing existing information and data, and identifying discrepancies and matters not properly reflected on the current zoning map. The consultant will also be required to provide a final report summarizing the changes and updates to the zoning map.
