The County of Ocean is seeking a contractor to supply janitorial and facility maintenance supplies. The contractor must comply with the Worker and Community Right to Know Act and provide products that meet federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. The contractor must also provide technical support, including access to a qualified technical representative, and deliver Safety Data Sheets (SDS) with hazardous product shipments. • The contractor must provide product literature for any alternate items being offered. • The contractor must provide samples of alternate items at no cost to the County, if requested. • The contractor must ensure that all products are packaged and labeled in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. • The contractor must provide a WARNING LABEL for products that pose potential hazards to personnel or property.
