The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking a contractor to provide vacuum valves for a new synchrotron beamline at the SURF III facility. The contractor will be required to provide two DN100 pneumatic valves, one DN40 pneumatic valve, two DN40 manual valves, and four all-metal right angle valves. The valves must be UHV compatible and meet specific technical specifications. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the valves to the NIST facility in Gaithersburg, MD. • The contract will be for a fixed price, FOB Destination. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. • The contractor must provide a technical description or product literature that demonstrates the proposed equipment meets or exceeds the minimum requirements. • The contractor must propose a separate firm-fixed-price for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN). • The Government reserves the right to perform inspections and tests to verify the equipment meets the specifications.
