Budget Estimate (AI):

$200,000 – $500,000

The estimated budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work, which includes a comprehensive facility condition assessment, asset inventory verification, cost estimating, lifecycle analysis, and development of a 20-year capital improvement plan. The project duration is 12 weeks, and the consultant should have at least 5 years of experience conducting comprehensive facility or building condition assessments for public-sector clients. Considering the complexity and scope of the project, a reasonable estimate for the budget could be between $200,000 and $500,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the consultant will need to deploy a team of experts, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to complete the assessment and develop the capital improvement plan. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the size and complexity of the facilities, the number of assets to be assessed, and the level of expertise required to complete the project.
