The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Operational Services Division (OSD) is soliciting bids for the acquisition of Disaster Recovery (DR) Print and Mail Services. The awarded bidder will provide print and mail services following the declaration of a disaster event. The services include printing, handling, shipping, and mailing of checks and other documents. The contract is expected to last for 10 years, with three renewal options of three years each.
