Description:
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Operational Services Division (OSD) is soliciting bids for the acquisition of Disaster Recovery (DR) Print and Mail Services. The awarded bidder will provide print and mail services following the declaration of a disaster event. The services include printing, handling, shipping, and mailing of checks and other documents. The contract is expected to last for 10 years, with three renewal options of three years each. The bidder must comply with various requirements, including security, stock rotation, and data destruction. Key features of the job include: • Printing of up to 30,000 duplex checks per day on custom stock with MICR ink • Printing of overflow checks on custom stock and additional payment advice on plain stock • Provision of a secure web portal for TRE staff to upload print files, view print files, and release print jobs to the DRP print engine • Compliance with the Commonwealth's Cryptographic Management Standard, Enterprise Information Security Policies and Standards, and Massachusetts Privacy Law • Performance of annual DR tests and quarterly end-to-end communications validation tests • Provision of audit logs and reports to TRE staff • Compliance with USPS regulations and guidelines • Provision of a stock rotation plan accepted by TRE
