The County of Greenville is seeking proposals from vendors to provide General Electrical and Athletic Field Lighting Services for various Greenville County Park locations. The scope of work includes general electrical maintenance, athletic field lighting maintenance, and other related services. Vendors are required to provide pricing for various services, including replacing switches, receptacles, lamps, ballasts, and circuit breakers, as well as servicing athletic field lighting. The contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria, which includes responsiveness to solicitation, experience and past performance, pricing, and references. Some key points to consider are: • The contractor shall perform general electrical maintenance to include replacing switches, receptacles, lamps, ballasts, and circuit breakers. • The contractor shall have the capabilities to service athletic field lighting and parking lot lighting from heights less than 50' to heights greater than 100'. • The contractor shall be able to perform all maintenance on the lighting systems to include removal and installation of poles, replacement of cross-arms and fixtures, ballasts, lamps, and LED drivers. • The contractor shall have the ability to perform locates and make repairs on underground cable either performing a splice or replacement.
