The City of Chico is seeking bids for the 2026 Road Rehabilitation - Ceanothus Avenue Project. The project involves full depth reclamation of Ceanothus Avenue from Manzanita Avenue to East Avenue, including the construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, residential and commercial driveways, bulb outs, sanitary sewer laterals, landscaping, storm drain drop inlets, and striping improvements. The project also includes the construction of a new driveway on East Avenue into Pleasant Valley High School. • The project is funded with Local, Chico Unified School District, and Butte County Air Quality Management District funds. • The Engineer's Estimate for this Contract is $1,855,712. • The project has a 60-working-day duration. • A pre-bid meeting will not be held. • Bidders must submit questions and requests for information through Public Purchase on the project link. • The City reserves the right to reject any bid that fails to meet bid requirements in any respect.
