Description:
The Cyber Fusion Innovation Center (CFIC) and Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) are seeking industry expertise to develop an Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) model embedded on a commercial platform. The platform will enable advanced capabilities for modular mission payload (MMP) development and seamless integration with connected sensors. The requirements include data repository integration, autonomous MMP development, sensor integration, and scalability. The proposed solution should comply with ARCYBER's DevSecOps standards and achieve Authority to Operate (ATO) through automated security scanning and compliance validation. • The platform must support pulling and pushing data to/from supported repositories • The AI/ML model must autonomously develop low-sophistication MMPs • The platform must port AI-developed MMPs to connected sensors • The solution must comply with ARCYBER's DevSecOps standards and achieve Authority to Operate (ATO) • The platform must scale to support enterprise-wide operations

Budget Estimate (AI):

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate as the document does not provide a specific budget or funding amount. However, considering the complexity of the project and the requirements for the development of an AI/ML model and its integration with a commercial platform, the budget could be substantial. A rough estimate could be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million, depending on the scope of the project and the number of phases involved. The factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the AI/ML model, the number of sensors to be integrated, and the scalability requirements of the platform.
