The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is conducting a market research to explore vendors' recommended technology stack to help support the Life Outcomes Improvement System (LOIS) Project. The LOIS Project is an essential information technology modernization initiative to implement an integrated, data-first, cloud-based solution(s) to support comprehensive case management, financial management, service delivery operations, and program management and oversight.
