The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Southwest District Fire Office in Montrose, Colorado. The services include daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual cleaning of the facility, including restrooms, offices, and common areas. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The BLM is looking for a contractor with experience in providing janitorial services to government facilities. • The contractor must have a valid SAM registration and provide their UEI number. • The contractor must provide past experience and past performance information. • The contractor must submit a priced and signed SF1449. • The contractor must provide a quality control plan. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety.
