Dutchess Community College is seeking the professional services of a qualified architect for the design of the College's Master Plan Renovations. The plan calls for comprehensive renovations and alterations to three key academic buildings on campus: Hudson Hall, CBI (Center for Business and Industry), and Dutchess Hall. The renovations will address building code compliance, accessibility, and sustainability, while integrating instructional technologies and reconfigurable layouts to better accommodate collaborative and hybrid learning. • The project is a multi-phase, multi-year renovation. • The selected architect shall use and build upon a completed planning study to develop the final designs of each space in consultation with college departments, administration, and stakeholders. • The renovations will be strategically developed to enable the majority of occupants to move to their permanent locations, reducing the amount of swing space needed. • The selected architect shall provide services for each phase of the project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
