Description:
The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is seeking quotes for the HUD Healthy Homes Program (HH-010) to provide construction services for properties located in Compton, South Gate, and Lynwood, California. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the required work. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-quote/job walk meeting and submit their quotes electronically. The LACDA reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. • The properties to be worked on are located at 206 E. Elm Street, Compton, CA, 90220; 8925 Bryson Avenue, South Gate, CA, 90280; and 3161 Euclid Avenue, Lynwood, CA, 90262. • The contractor must possess a current and valid B-General Building Contractor License and EPA "Lead-Safe" Certification. • The contractor must also have RRP Renovator Certification and provide proof of insurance coverage. • The completion period for the project is 30 calendar days from the date noted in the Notice to Proceed. • A non-completion penalty of $500 per day will be imposed if the work is not completed on time.
