The University of Massachusetts System is seeking applications from qualified suppliers to provide services for a Respite-Based Service-Learning Program for Massachusetts Public Colleges. The program aims to connect college students to families with family members with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The University is looking for suppliers who can provide high-quality services that meet the needs and objectives of this program. The scope of services, application requirements, and evaluation criteria are detailed in the RFA document and its attachments. • The University reserves the right to conduct multi-stage RFX events and to also extend the deadline for supplier Applications as it deems appropriate. • The University will review Applications to identify the Bidder that will provide the best value to the University. • The University may request clarification of any Application by phone, email, in writing, or during an “in-person” presentation. • The University reserves the right to reject any and all Applications, to omit an item or items, or to accept any Application deemed to be in the best interest of the University.
