Billboards for Minority Health Month: A minimum of 9 billboards will be places up 3/31/25 for four weeks and be removed 4/27/25. We are seeking the highest impression billboards in the neighborhoods with the most minority concentration in Central Ohio. Please see the attachments for the full RFP packet. ALL BIDS MUST HAVE A DETAILED PROPOSAL ATTACHED TO THEM FOR THE CITY TO REVIEW. ANY BIDS NOT ACCOMPANIED BY A PROPOSAL WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
