The Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County is soliciting bids for the provision of fire department bunk room beds, mattresses, and associated items. The contract will include the supply of mattresses, box springs, bed frames, and other bedding accessories. The estimated range of this project is $50,000.00. The initial period of the contract will commence upon the date of award and will continue until June 30, 2026, with the option to extend for four additional one-year terms. • The bidder must provide all necessary services, personnel, materials, tools, and equipment to complete the work in accordance with the specifications. • The bidder must comply with all federal, state, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the performance of the work. • The bidder must obtain any necessary licenses and permits and be responsible for all damages to persons or property that occur as a result of the bidder's fault or negligence. • The bidder must provide a written safety program that will be followed in pursuing work under this contract.
