Description:
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for bulk liquid nitrogen. The contract requires the supply and delivery of refrigerated liquid nitrogen, with a total quantity of up to 200,000 gallons over a period of one base year and three option years. The vendor will be responsible for delivering increments of up to 2,000 gallons per delivery, up to three times per week, as requested by the ordering point of contact. The vendor must also provide documentation to indicate the date of servicing, type of gas delivered, and the quantity of material delivered. Key requirements of the contract include: * Supplying bulk liquid nitrogen as required * Delivering liquid nitrogen to the Government-owned 3,000-gallon storage tank * Providing documentation for each delivery * Labeling hazardous materials in accordance with the Hazard Communication Standard * Performing warm tank fills as needed * Complying with security requirements, including having U.S. citizenship and processing through the Keyport Pass & ID office
