The contract will be for three years with the option to renew up to five years. • The software should be able to create and manage user profiles, have role-based access control, and single sign-on integration. • The event management feature should include tools for scheduling, promoting, and managing events, as well as integration with calendar systems. • The communication tools should include messaging and notification systems, support for targeted messaging, and push notifications for mobile users. • The document management feature should include secure storage, collaboration features, and document sharing, as well as version control and permissions management. • The reporting and analytics feature should include customizable reports, dashboard views, and data exports. • The security feature should include compliance with data protection regulations, encryption, secure login, and regular security audits.
