The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking a contractor to provide pest control services at its Amador El Dorado South Division buildings. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, controlling, and exterminating insects, spiders, rodents, and other pests at the designated buildings. The contract will be for a period of three years, with an estimated annual cost of $TBD. The contractor must be a California Certified Small Business and must provide proof of current California Structural Pest Control Operator License issued by the California Structural Pest Control Board. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees for inspection, control, and extermination of pests • Responding to emergency service calls within 48 hours • Completing and initialing a service ticket for each service • Maintaining records for possible audit for a minimum of three years after final payment • Complying with all federal, state, city, and county laws, rules, or regulations affecting the work
