The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking a contractor to provide global supply OCONUS logistics operations solutions support in the Indo-Pacific Command (INDO-PACOM) Guam Area of Responsibility (AOR). The contractor will be responsible for sourcing, warehousing, and delivering commercial items such as office supplies, tools and hardware, housewares, and cleaning products to federal and Department of Defense (DoD) customers in Guam. The contract will have a base period of one year and four option periods, with a total potential duration of five years. The contractor must have the capability to scale operations to meet surge and contingency requirements. Key requirements include: • Sourcing and procuring commercial items • Warehousing and delivering items within 3 business days • Maintaining a comprehensive supply chain solution • Complying with base and installation security and access requirements • Providing an e-portal system for tracking and managing orders • Ensuring compliance with domestic sourcing restrictions and trade agreements
