The Village of Amityville is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, and bonded entities to provide interior alterations to the Amityville Fire Department Bennett Place Firehouse. The scope of work includes partial interior demolition, new office, bunk room, ADA restroom, separate shower, interior renovation of existing truck bay, kitchen, mechanical room, and storage areas, with associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The project also includes asbestos and lead abatement.
